Hey Cher: We're Monochrome Weekly neighbors this week. This reminds me of lake Erie.
Nice contrasting foreground silhouettes
A lot of positive energy in this image. Beautiful how the palm is reaching out.
Interesting image with the leaning palm - I like the dark foreground.

Yes, there is hidden energy. I see 2 birds down there. My instinct tell me they are mynahs.
Whatta weird palm tree, but it makes for a beautiful photo, great in mono too...
i never realized that black and white can have such an engrossing effect!
we are high on monochrome, girl!
You've captured a lot of life in this photo.
Wonderful photo; so beautiful composed!

u may view mine if u have time
Beautiful shot.
Fantastic contrast and I love the tree capture. You did a wonderful job on this Cher. Kudos to you.
An incredible view! That palm/coconut tree is almost on the rocks, and those big ships in the background are fantastic!
Beautiful shot Cher, I love those palm trees. You captured this perfectly. The dark trees against the lighter background is stunning.
I think we are getting hooked on monochrome, it creates such dramatic photos.

Hi Cher, a great composition. If I will use my creativity, I will imagine the rocks as the boat the bent tree as the front of the galleon ship and the tree to the right, sail. Hahaha! How's that for my imagination?
P,S. Thanks for the very inspirational and encouraging comments! I won't disappoint you (hahaha trying hard)
Lovely shot, girl! I love the palms, they appear to be talking! The smaller one shuns the bigger one, while the bigger palm persuades the bent one to come back. . . Beautiful composition! :)
The silhouette of the coconut trees brought the beauty out! The looked like lover trees.
AL
lovely picture!!!
I can feel the cold breeze and hear the water splashes through your shot
oh, i almost missed seeing the two birds! lovely as always dear Dimples!
